Real tasting Masterclasses on Extra Virgin Olive Oil and wine are held inside the Wine Room, interactive experiences led by our expert Luigi.
Wine Tastings
It is ideal to start the evening in Positano with an hour in the company of our expert sommelier Luigi. With skill and a relaxed approach, he will guide you to taste and discover our best labels. Every glass is perfectly paired with a careful selection of cheeses and appetizers to enhance every flavor.
This is a pleasant and engaging moment suitable also for more experienced wine connoisseurs. During the tasting the active discussion between the guests and Luigi promotes the discovery of new perspectives and surprising details.
Oil Tastings
Aromatic, sour, fruity, balanced, delicate or robust: extra virgin olive oil comes in a myriad of facets! Do you know how much the terroir influences the characteristics of the oil? The soil, the climate, the wind… Every time you taste an EVO oil, you will remember Luigi. He will guide you on a sensory journey, to discover and appreciate the different qualities of oils, making every taste a deep and engaging experience. All that remains is to try it and let yourself be surprised!
Information and reservation
Tastings are held daily starting at 4 pm, beginning with theOlive Oil Tasting ( free for Hotel guests). This is followed by the Wine Tasting led by our sommelier Luigi.
Each session is reserved for a limited number of participants, so reservations are required , which you can make directly from the website.
